Employment Resource Services Center

Employment resource service centers provide a place where people can receive job training, learn to enhance their résumé and find job opportunities. There are nearly 300 centers around the world. Volunteers at these centers help hundreds of thousands of people find jobs every year, a large percentage of which are not members of the Church.

In the Philippines, the Employment Resource Services Center (ERC) started its program on March 5,1996 in a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between the Department of Labor and Employment and the Church. The first employment center was located at the Annex building of the Buendia Stake Center. It was then relocated at the heart of the Makati Business Center in 2003.

Presently, there are three (3) operating regional Employment Resource Center (ERC) centers namely, Makati, Cebu, and Davao as well as ten satellite offices nationwide. The current regional managers are as follows:Jomel Villanueva (Manila), Anthony John Balledos (Cebu) and Philip Tan (Davao). Companies interested in hiring personnel in different areas may contact any center for more information
