Mormon Helping Hands volunteers joined the nation in a measles campaign in preparation for the September Measles Mass Immunization program. Seminars on how to conduct the Rapid Coverage Assessment (RCA) were given by Department of Health personnel to help volunteers know the process of conducting the RCA. Volunteers included those from Ilocos, Pasay City, Las Pinas City, Dagupan, Malaybalay and Cagayan de Oro.
Parents are required to bring their children, 5 years old below, to the nearest barangay health center or vaccination post to receive both measles and oral polio vaccine.
